1996 Acquired Technical Coatings Inc. - Reading,Pennsylvania
1997 Built new plant and relocated to Orrville, Ohio
1998 Acquired MA Bell Foundry Coatings - St. Louis, Missouri
2004 Capital Resin Binders & Coatings - Columbus, Ohio and formed distribution and R&D agreement with Mancuso Chemicals
2006 Acquired Protech Coatings - Dallas, Texas
2008 Doubled plant size in Orrville, Ohio to add production capacity
2015 Acquired J.S. McCormick powdered coatings & sand additives
2018 Orrville, OH plant expansion
2018 Acquired Moldall green sand additive product line
